More about Etsegenet Adugna Solomon: she was born in Ethiopia Kombolcha and lived there for about 8 years then she moved with her mother, younger sister to Eritrea because the bademe war began between both sister countries. Before she moved to Eritrea, her father passed away because of malaria illness. The family stayed in Eritrea together with grandmother (mom side) named Oqubete who welcomed in her house; staying there for about 8 years. Then Etsegenet's mother left the country to do business in Dubai then opening a restaurant in South Sudan. Her uncle( mom side), younger sister and her flew through Egypt arriving to Uganda then traveling to South Sudan to their mother. After few months both sisters return to Uganda for better Education. After living in ups and downs in Uganda for nearly 5years, the family came to United States legally.
How her carrier began
How her carrier began and where she is heading: The main reasons Etsegenet became an Artist are 1) because of the pain of her loved ones. To remind them about the passion of The Lord Jesus Christ so they can thrive. The other reason was because of an incident that accrued in the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church in February 2023 that tore her apart because the Orthodox Tewahedo church has raised her through her teaching despite Etsegenet's imperfection. But prior to the turmoil in the Church, she had seen a dream about Saint Mary that empowered her. At that time she was a victim of abuse in relationship, until God saved every part of her. The another reason is because she had prayed to God since her childhood and she was amused at God's response now. This helped her to conclude not only her God is the true God who died for the sake of others but also, never forgets, judges, loving... so much more that she can't put every miracle into words. His good deeds including Mother Mary who intercede. Etsegenet is now 33 years old graduated from Georgia State Perimeter College, in dual associate degrees, one Art the other Social work. Her vision is to become a full time artist, and help people who are homeless, and hungry. She aspires to join a food bank
